Analytical service
Our service includes:
- a detailled discussion of your problem
- the development of an effective analytical concept
- the performance of surface and materials analysis with the optimum method(s)
- the scientific evaluation of the measurement data
- the interpretation of analytical data with a documentation of all results in a detailled report
- a final discussion of the results with respect to your special question
- further discussions of the issue even after the investigations have been completed
Order processing
The analyses are usually carried out within 5-10 working days after receipt of the order (24 or 48-hour service for an additional charge).
The investigations are planned, carried out and analyzed exclusively by highly qualified scientists and engineers.
All modern surface and thin-film analysis methods are available for the analyses. The choice of procedure is based exclusively on the customer’s specific problem. By planning the analysis concept in a purely problem-oriented, process-independent manner, we guarantee an effective and cost-effective approach.
The test results and all information exchanged in the course of order processing are subject to absolute confidentiality.
The entire order processing fulfills the requirements of ISO 9001 and the accreditation according to ISO 17025.

What analytical informations do you get?
Depending on your special question we can:
- determine the chemical composition of product and material surfaces even in sub micron areas
- identify organic trace contaminations with extreme sensitivity
- analyse interfaces between layers with bad adhesion
- image the composition of multi layer systems and determine the elemental composition as a function of layer thickness (depth profiling)
- characterise smallest particles, fibres…
- detect and identify oil, fat, additives, lubricants, detergents, paint components… or even pharmaceuticals or biomolecules with high sensitivity
- determine the elemental composition of material surfaces together with the elemental binding state
- identify the material used (metals, plastics, semiconductors…)
- image the lateral distribution of elements and chemical compounds on product surfaces (element mapping / chemical mapping)
- detect trace elements in materials in the ppm to ppb range
- image µm- and nm-structures at material surfaces and interfaces
